Migrahack brings together journalists, coders, and community members at hackathons to focus on data and immigration. This project resulted from a weekend Migrahack event in March 2015 that was held at the University of Arizona in Tucson.
The team included myself, Alex Corey, Misty Ring-Ramirez, Keila Vizcarra, and Pilar de Haro. Everyone had a different role and helped each other out: data reporting, creating graphics and charts, interviewing, recording and editing audio, and building the project.
Tools I used to build this project: Tarbell.io, SoundCiteJS. The code is open source.
